Vancouver Convention Centre Led furniture and spatial planning for TED 2024, translating the master design brief and room-specific guidelines into functional layouts for the main circulation loop, lounges, and meeting suites. Collaborated with event coordinators and the internal design team to curate furnishings that supported flow, comfort, colour harmony, and material quality. Oversaw budgeting, supplier coordination, quote management, and installation logistics to ensure seamless execution. The result was a cohesive guest experience and a trusted, agile workflow among all stakeholders.
